SHIPPING POLICY

H&A Clothing delivers online orders across Pakistan.

DELIVERY TIME

Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days after order confirmation.

Faster Lahore or DHA delivery may be available when confirmed by our support team before dispatch.

Weather conditions, public holidays, courier disruptions and other circumstances outside our control may cause delays.

DELIVERY CHARGE AND PAYMENT

A flat PKR 250 delivery charge per order applies nationwide.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available. Any other enabled payment method will be displayed at checkout.

TRACKING

Tracking information will be shared after dispatch when it is available from the courier company.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing a complete delivery address and a reachable phone number.

An incorrect address, an unavailable recipient, a refused parcel or an address change after dispatch may result in delay or an additional delivery charge.

ONLINE-ONLY STORE

H&A Clothing is an online-only store. We do not operate a customer-facing outlet and do not accept customer visits or order collection.
