These Terms of Service apply when you use hnapakistaniclothing.com or place an order with H&A Clothing.

STORE AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

H&A Clothing is an online multi-brand retailer. We aim to provide clear product titles, photographs, component details and prices.

Screen settings may cause colour differences, and minor printing or measurement variations may occur.

INDEPENDENT RETAILER NOTICE

H&A Clothing is not affiliated with or endorsed by third-party brands displayed on the store. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

ORDERS AND AVAILABILITY

Adding an article to your cart does not reserve it. An order is accepted after confirmation.

H&A Clothing may cancel an order if stock is unavailable, customer information cannot be verified or a material listing error is identified.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Applicable delivery or other charges are displayed at checkout.

Cash on Delivery is available. Any other enabled payment method will be shown at checkout.

Orders above PKR 10,000 may require at least 20% advance payment before dispatch.

DELIVERY

Delivery within Pakistan usually takes 3–5 working days after order confirmation.

A flat PKR 250 delivery charge applies nationwide. Faster Lahore or DHA delivery is available only when confirmed by our support team before dispatch.

Weather, public holidays, courier disruptions and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

One exchange may be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery, subject to our Exchange & Refund Policy.

For a standard exchange, the customer pays the return courier charge and the delivery charge for the replacement article.

H&A Clothing will cover the replacement courier cost when we sent a damaged, incorrect or incomplete article.

WEBSITE USE

Store content may not be copied or used commercially without permission. Customers must provide accurate order and delivery information and must not misuse the website.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

H&A Clothing may update store information and these Terms of Service when necessary. Updated terms will be published on this page.
