4. Shipping Time

  • For deliveries within Pakistan, standard shipping time is 5–7 working days.

  • For international orders, delivery may take 10–15 working days, depending on location and customs clearance.

5. Pricing & Typographical Errors

We strive for accuracy in pricing and product information. In case of a typographical or system error (e.g., incorrect price or product description), H&A Clothing reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for items listed incorrectly — whether or not the payment has been processed.
If payment has already been made, a refund or store credit of the same amount will be issued immediately.

6. Import Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for paying any import duties, customs charges, or local taxes applicable in their country upon delivery. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping fee quoted at checkout.

7. Payment & Order Confirmation

For Credit/Debit Card transactions, orders will be shipped only after payment confirmation from the respective bank, which may take up to 14–16 working days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payment must be made in full at the time of delivery.
